Returns & Technical Support

What is your return policy?
A. In order for NxtPC to approve a product return, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. NxtPC e will not accept "open box" returns.
B. As NxtPC sells primarily custom-configured computers, unopened box returns also may be denied. We cannot re-sell or return a computer that has been built to a customer's specifications.
C. Any and all product returns must be approved by NxtPC and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued.
D. Approved returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
E. Approved returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
F. Returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA number issuance.
G. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return.
H. All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery.

J. If the returned product does not meet the requirements stated above, it will be sent back to the customer "freight collect".
K. It is recommended that you do not send in additional accessories or peripheral devices when returning products for repair. Repair centers will not be held responsible for any lost items.
How do I return my product?
Please see our return policy. If your return is within these guidelines, then please contact your sales rep or our RMA department to acquire an RMA number so that you can return your product. RMA Department # 866-502-9666.
How do I get technical support?
If you are having issues with your product we recommend calling the manufacturer directly as they are better suited to deal with the technical issues related to their products. However, if you are still unsatisfied after speaking with the manufacturer please feel free to give us a call and we will do our best to help you work through the problem.
